Before Orientation:

Submit your photo for your Student ID card:

All new and returning in-person students must submit a photo for their 2026-2027 Student ID card. Your student ID card is not only your access to the building and studios, but it’s also your Fredericton Transit pass and campus library card. Make sure you read the requirements when you click on the link to submit your photo, or it will be rejected. ID cards will be distributed at orientation upon check-in for new-to-campus students; and on the first day of classes for returning students—only if you submit your photo in time. Students that do not collect their ID card should visit the Student Services Centre on the 3rd floor of our Main Building or email studentlife@nbccd.ca.

FVA Online students can request digital student ID cards through the ID card submission form.

ENROL IN COURSES

Ensure you are properly enroled in courses by following the steps in your student email. You also have access to your student account information and should review upcoming payment and opt-out deadlines on the Academic Calendar.

LOCKERS – FVA Fredericton students only

Lockers will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis. If you would like have access to a locker on campus, please request one using this form. If you do not register for a locker, you will not be assigned one and will only have your flat file drawer for storage.

Returning NBCCD StudentsBreakfast & Studio Orientation

Returning NBCCD students (first- and second-year diploma who spent the previous year on campus) are welcomed back each year with breakfast and studio orientations on the first day of classes: Tuesday, September 8, 2026.

envision yourself herecity of fredericton

Nestled along the shores of the Wolastoq River, Fredericton is as much urban energy as small-town charm. NBCCD is tucked within the historic Garrison District in the downtown core, with its countless festivals and events, restaurants, shops, pubs, and cafes. Slow down with a visit to a gallery, art studio or get closer to nature in a kayak, running a trail, or just hanging out in a park.
