Tickets
Digital tickets were emailed to each graduate on May 25, 2023 via email. If you no longer require your ticket(s) or need to request extra seats for friends and family members, please email Student Life Coordinator Jaime Butler at jaime.butler@gnb.ca. Guests must have a valid ticket to enter convocation.
Note: Additional ticket requests after May 25 will be allotted on a first-come, first-served basis based on availability and subject to the discretion of the Student Life Coordinator.
Grad Cap Pick-up
Students may pick-up their mortar board on June 2 and 3 in the Student Services Centre.
Rules for decorating your mortar board:
– Designs cannot be higher than 4” above the top of the board
– Designs cannot be more than 1” beyond the edge of the board
– Your face must be visible

Photography
We have hired professional photographer (and NBCCD grad!), Kelly Baker, to take photos of every graduate as they cross the stage. These photos will be provided in an online gallery to students free of charge. Students will be responsible for printing their own photos.
Convocation Livestream
Convocation will be livestreamed via our official YouTube channel. The livestream will be publicly visible so additional friends and family can tune in virtually. YouTube’s livestream chat can display congratulatory comments from virtual guests for you to enjoy upon later viewing. The convocation recording will be made permanently available on our YouTube channel the following week.
