NBCCD Student Association Opens Applications for 2025-2026 Board of Directors

The NBCCD Student Association is now accepting applications for its 2025-2026 Board of Directors! This is an exciting opportunity for students to develop leadership skills, build connections, and directly contribute to student life at NBCCD.

Why Join the Student Association?

Serving as a director on the Student Association Board offers more than just leadership experience—it’s a chance to make a real impact on campus. Board members will work alongside faculty, staff, and students to enhance student life while gaining valuable professional experience. Each director will receive a $500 honorarium per semester as recognition for their contributions.

  • Work with and for your fellow students to create a better NBCCD experience.
  • Make a direct impact on student life and campus initiatives.
  • Discover your strengths and goals through hands-on leadership.
  • Gain real-world experience in teamwork, communication, and organization.
  • Expand your network by connecting with faculty, staff, and fellow students.

Available Positions:

  • Secretary/Treasurer
    • Records and distributes meeting minutes.
    • Maintains NBCCDSA email and internal documents.
    • Manages financial accounts and ensures accurate bookkeeping.
    • Submits financial reports to the Board monthly and to members twice per semester.
    • Consults with the CRO on financial matters.
    • Signing authority on the NBCCDSA account.
  • Outreach Coordinator
    • Supports social media content by scheduling posts and writing captions.
    • Assists with responding to messages.
    • Helps with events and community engagement.
    • Connects studio reps with directors.
    • Builds relationships with community organizations and studios.

 

All Positions: Meet twice a month, plan events, and connect with NBCCD!
