    Instructions: Uploading photos: Please upload 3 high resolution photos of each product type you wish to consign. (We allow up to 5 different product types to be juried at once, and you can reapply every 3 months. Ensure each photo has a title and your name included so that it can be easily matched to the description.)             The Alumni Designs Program is open to students currently enrolled in THE Advanced Studio Practice (ASP) PROGRAM; all NBCCD alumni; and NBCCD staff.




            Note: Here in, “products” will be used to describe the work submitted by the artist/designer.

            • New products will be juried into the store three (3) times a year: February, June, October

            Those with an existing contract are welcome to apply with additional products at that time.

            • Consignment Term for the accepted products will be 3 to 6 months.

            • NBCCD’s consignment rate is 40% of the retail price of all items sold with 60% remitted to the consignee.

            • Items will be displayed and merchandised by College Store admin. If consignee has specific props for display, these should be provided upon acceptance. However, the store admin has the right to deny such requests if it does not fit with the store aesthetic or goes beyond the space allotted (e.g. busts for jewellery/basket for trinkets. etc.).

            • NBCCD shall pay consignee as follows: Price as marked on product(s) less the agreed upon consignment fee (as agreed above) payout @ 3 months.

            • Prices cannot be changed during the agreed upon term.

            • Termination / Cancellation: 7 days written notice is required by either party.

            Upon termination of contract: The consignee retains ownership of any unsold products. If any display items were supplied to NBCCD to display works, they will be returned upon cancellation of this agreement.

            • Space is limited, however, more space/time may be considered for those with products proven to be good sellers.

            • Loss, theft and damage: NBCCD is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage of product, though we will do our best to ensure it does not happen. You are responsible for your own inventory record, and we will assist you to track any discrepancies within a month.

            • Upon acceptance, work is required to be delivered to NBCCD at the consignee’s expense.
