Consent for Disclosure of Personal Information

The New Brunswick College of Craft and Design (NBCCD) collects personal information on its students for admission and enrolment purposes, and for graduate surveys and other activities related to its training programs. It then uses this information to manage its programs and services, including practicum sites. Students must complete this form should they agree to have their personal information disclosed to outside parties or organizations. NBCCD will only disclose your personal information with your consent, in accordance with paragraph 46(1)(a) of the Right to Information and Protection of Privacy Act.

Exceptions: The NBCCD could lawfully disclose your personal information without your consent in specific circumstances identified in RTIPPA such as to the National Student Loans Service Centre, to Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada, and in response to a court order or another legal provision.
