Featuring heartfelt messages from the NBCCD coordinating instructors and distinguished guests, and celebrated accomplishments from the Valedictorian, 2021 NBCCD Fellow, and the Governor General’s Academic Medal winner, the 2021 Convocation Ceremony will be one to remember.
