Mindful Meditation

With an onslaught of assignments, independent living responsibilities, and a tumultuous world we are living in, NBCCD students may find stress getting the better of them. When overwhelm hits, it is important to take pause, take a breath and simply be present. Instead of dwelling on the past or anticipating the future, mindful meditation centres you into the current moment. 

With over 30 years experience in meditation and 14 years experience teaching at NBCCD, Craig Schneider is well versed in how practicing meditation benefits the creative mind. Join his livestream Monday at noon to learn more about the benefits of meditation, followed by a guided practice.
