College Hours

Main Building & Barracks: 6:30am-11:30pm, daily

Administration & Finance: 8:15 am – 4:30 pm, M-F

College Store: 8:30 am – 4:00 pm, M-F

The George Fry Gallery: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm, M-F

Counsellor’s Office: 8:15 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm, M-F

Registrar’s Office: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm and 2:00 pm – 4:30 pm, M-F

Student Access: Students are not allowed to have visitors enter the College. Students are required to present their Student ID Cards if requested by Security or Administration. It is recommended that students work in groups so no one is alone in the building at any time. Students are to vacate the building no later than 11:30 pm. For the security of students and staff, the college premises are under 24-hour video surveillance.

After-Hours Access: After-Hours refers to the time between 11:30 pm – 2 am, and requires advance approval from the Studio Head and Academic Dean.

Closures

Please refer to the academic calendar for important dates.

NBCCD observes federal and statutory holidays. Although classes don’t run on holidays, students have access to the buildings unless otherwise stated.

In case of severe weather conditions, the College will communicate closures by 7 am on social media and email. Please note that the closing of other local public schools or universities does not imply that NBCCD is closed.
